Excellent learning curve

-Our office is a very relaxed environment, open plan so we all get along. -There are new thing to learn each day as we deal with different properties daily and new queries. -I have learnt that loyalty in a company plays a major role -I enjoy the stability and working as a team -The challenges i'm currently facing is growth, its a very nice company to work for so people are very comfortable, as a result no job openings

Career Profile I am currently employed as a Logistics Coordinator at Comair. I would therefore like to implement the experience I have obtained during my years of studying at Nelson Mandela Metro University and as during my time at Comair as well as my general experience in the business sector.I have also developed interpersonal abilities, record keeping skills, and management & administration skills, analytic approach. During my training with PALAMA (Public Administration Learner ship And Management Academy), I had a privilege to be exposed to PFMA, MFMA, BCEA, EQUITY to list but a few. I am also more familiar with project management and marketing.I as I am a highly motivated, ambitious and hardworking individual. I am able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and am very committed to professional growth and development.

Great opportunity in organisational development and exploring the industry, challenges were the ever changing decisions from exco which would warrant changeal design, However it came with lesson of being prepared to always be on your toes and fast paced.s to the organisation

Very fast learner,love negotiations on all levels

master negotiationer, at all levels with unions, management and staff.CCMA as well as bargaining council representationtraining on labour relations as well as policies and procedures.

Pros: work was very great i had the freedom of working remotely and unsupervise,i meet with people outside and inside the organization on differernt levels in negotiations.
Cons: because of the nature of the job working hours was never counted as the clients was working shifts and i needed to be available
