The company is too small and leave becomes an issue. Insufficient staff to cope with the workload. The company is like a small family where your personal issues are common knowledge. I have learnt technical aspects of the job, and enjoy solving problems.

Pros: The technical challanges prove to be valuble in that you are continually learning.
Cons: Relationships are tense with the pressure bringing out the worst in the staffs characters.
