It is a good job with a lot of opportunities. I've learnt a lot especially how to deal with members, how to be presentable and manage quality over quantity.

Pros: It is a good job with a lot of opportunities.
Cons: the kiosk we use sometimes goes offline while helping members then it looks like we dont know our work

I have learnt so much the exposure to the Gems medical schemes

I enjoy assisting Gems members with their medical aid quiries as well as being able to assist them with printing out of their documents and educating them about the online self service since theres only two branches of gems in kzn its means that they dont have to travel far to the walk in centre if they have the online app. Iam employed by a service provider which is communex technologies but i work with Gems members. I enjoy my working hours its monday to friday from 8-5 and i only work two saterdays a month.

Pros: nothing so far
Cons: working hours are fine

Excellent learning curve

Enjoy working with people face to face. I pride myself with customer service skills. Excellent communication skill with helps me to communicate well with client and other team members and management. I've learned more about medical aid industry,Computers skills
