New experience coupled with my previous experience

It has been a new environment related to glass manufacture and the machinery as well as the standards that regulate the glass industry. I have adapted rather well and it is a continuous learning process as glass has many uses in industrial and residential purposes, which I have managed to familiarise my self with. The various processes involved with processing glass to the finished product have been an interesting journey to follow. It is definitely a different outlook when wiewng glass.

Pros: learning a brand new industry that is part of the building and architecture environement of the future
Cons: imbalance in management structure

Expirence learning curve

I review my as big but there's no opportunity to grow as the company doesn't give workers fair compensation but I can recommend for gaining experience in my view the company has potential to grow with the right expected who can find the right marketing campaign

I have gain a lot of experience

I have worked for this company for 5 years now. my job is to cut and drill a glass according to the drawing from the client. i have a very good relationship with my co-workers. Since i cam here I've learnt a lot of things like using a measuring tape, draughting, being a team leader. i enjoy the team work of my co-workers the most challenging aspect of my job is that i have to be quite sure of what I'm doing because if a glass is drilled or cut wrong, you cant revers it. accuracy is the key in this industry.

Pros: There is very little prospect for the lower level employees of this company as they are not well looked after in terms of promotions, salaries
Cons: No communication from top management to lower management
