Not bad learning curve
Compass abuses people the managers are bad and they just don't pay enough. Working hours are just the worst people work like slaves with so little money.

I am a hard working person who always finish tasks given to him in time and out spoken, drive, a goal achive and easy person to talk to and who enjoys working and learning aswell as teaching a person who always runs the business like its his as it has to meet all guests certsfaction

People and customer focused environment
Compass Group training internal staff & have accreditation to do with various SETA...my role is not only limited to that of coordination. I have had the experience of preparation for external verification for learnership qualifications. At this stage, I have the knowledge of managing a project from the discretionary grant funding application to handing out a certificate to a learner. I have a team of two administrators which are excellent and highly competent to ensure that attendance registers are captured, invoices submitted to the SETA and that managers and learners are aware of their next training. My role is to ensure that there is no disconnect between operations and training, that all logistical ossues are resolved if any. My approach is proactive, I prevent issues before they arise to ensure that there is minimal disruption in the business and when learners/delegates are attending training.

Great staff & Customer service
Great with Staff as well as clients. Always try giving the customer More that expected. Currently run 2 units in the absence of the other Executive chef.

I aim to ensure that everything I do is done with excellence and has a success rate that exceeds expectations In all of my job functions so far I have gone above and beyond, however am stifled due to no promotions being available. Excellent customer service
I'm working for a catering company as a driver/head waiter,i like my job because it makes me connnect and communicate with people,i have been a cashier for a year on the same company, I'm good in preparing a big function in time, I'm now looking for better opportunities to grow in life, I'm a fast learner and team worker.

Not challenging enough
Learning experience and opportunity for growth are available in our work place and the relationship between us staff is great because everything we do its a collective efforts to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our clients
