Everyday a new learning experience

Every morning I get to review my calendar with the Office Administrator and follow up on the daily tasks. Then I sit down for 30 minutes with my two Principal Medical Officers to quickly discuss any challenges or change of plan for the day or week. Then I get down to business, looking at the policy matters, action plans and projects currently underway. I review our Directorate plans and give guidance to the colleagues on how to adjust accordingly. I have to ensure that our principles and the law are always embedded in our daily tasks. New emerging challenges get presented to me any day of the week and everyday becomes a research day and a learning experience. I enjoy the dynamics of the week as it keeps me on my toes.

Pros: I am very much involved into the entire vale chain in the Chief Directorate, and I believe I can take up any responsibility that may present itself at a higher level.
Cons: Due to volumes that we deal with in the claims environment, sometimes weekends are compromised.

Eradicating backlog

Working under a big organisation like this is a challenge becouse I get to meet defferent people with different religious beckround since well I am a christian I get to learn and understand different believes,not forgeting politics offices and socially.I have to be humble at all times so that the can be peace of wich is my greatest aspects I love a peacefull environment.I enjoy to be a learder hance they made me a group leader I do not take sides when it comes to conflict I just want to see Productivity.Working under time frame is a challenge beacouse whether you knock of late or work at home without any remuniration as long as I deliver becouse I do not like to be second best.

Exciting journey

I'veI've acquired a lot of experience and diffeirent ways on how to deal with Accounts Payable. I have learnt how to supervise the team reporting to me and as challenging as it was buy I have learnt a thing or two from each individual. The most challenging is relying on other directorate at times in order to meet our sectional goals. acquired a lot of experience and different ways on how to deal with Accounts Payable. I want to grow

I am claims processor paying compensation benefits and our stakeholders are medical service providers, employers and employees so almost everyday we see clients with complaints some are happy and some are not and that improves my level of communication and how to deal with angry clients. And we work as a team we both need each other as a team. I enjoy working with people and make clients happy at the end of the day. I have a working relationship with my colleagues even if we don't see things the same eye we solve it because its personal its work related.

Pros: I want to get a job in a career orientated environment where I will get experience
Cons: travelling long distance from home to work

I have completed my BTech degree in Cost and Management Accounting at Tshwane University of Technology. I would like to apply for creditors clerk position. Your company mission and vision statement confirmed for me that organisation is where I would like to build my accounting career. As you will see from my CV, I have gained experience at revenue collections, and in medical payments, but would welcome the opportunity to explore the many interesting options in costing and accounting and to develop within your reputable and environmentally friendly organisation

Interesting

I am not working currently but customer care is my strong point. I love to work with people. I keep my private life at home. I keep my relation with colleagues profesional and respectful. I am loyal and hard-working. I am able to work with extremely difficult and hostile people as long as I have a suport system I walk the exstra mile for anyone who needs me regardless of the status of a person. I keep calm in any circumstances.

I want to get exposure in the finance field

I enjoy being in the office being with my colleagues sharing ideas around our work and it gives more confidence about your work that you are doing on a daily basis. I have a good working with my co workers because even if we don't see things the same way, we talk about it and try to solve it and any way I am the kind of the person who doesn't hold grudges I speak my mind. I am working for the Compensation Fund and will dealt about people who get injured and get disease at work seeing them suffering it causes pain to me and not getting the benefits there are supposed to get it.

Pros: I want to get exposure in the finance world that will create opportunities for me.
