Good listener and communicator

I work 5days a week ,and weekends if they ask for help. I 'm a good communicator and listener . I 've learn on how to solve problems, make a good decision. I enjoy doing my job, assisting end-user.

Team player. good communicator

monitoring the users account on Active Directly (AD), and support with the daily applications, i m a good listener and team player . To communicator with the users over the phone ,and help them effectively, i enjoy sharing with my co-workers regarding new things that has being implement ,
