This is a great company to work for

We get a lot of phone calls from consumers who are uninformed yet want us to fix their credit life. Everyone is mostly happy and enjoy working for this company. I enjoy the culture. I enjoy our year end functions and I enjoy getting to know my colleagues as the years go by. The most challenging aspect of my job is trying to please a client and meet their specific needs when using our programs however sometime the programs aren't updated and have bugs that cause a lot of chaos.

I'm always looking to learn new ways to improve my work

I prefer not to be micro managed, that's when I do my best work. I currently have a rather close relationship with my co-workers, wwe are playful when we have time but also work hard to meet deadlines when we have them

Pros: flexible hours and ability to work from home at times
Cons: little room for error
