Manager

typical work day will consist of taking a call log a ticket resolved it or pass it on if its out of my limits. I work in a big team and we all get a long very well , help each other learn from one another and empowering one another. i have learnt that its best to share knowledge as to keep it to yourself as this makes everyone task and work load much better and controllable. what i enjoy the most to learnt every day as my work environment teaches one new ways of resolving and supporting an end user. the most challenging part of my job is wasting unnecessary time to resolve a ticket or an issue if something can be done on first contact but one is limited to do only what is required at first contact
