Self motivated employee

-passionate about health and safety of employees. Audit systems implementation and ensure that documentation talks to the project execution. I have an open door policy with employees to enable them to air their views regarding issues concerning their safety. - have learnt to lead by example and that has helped me to take control of projects. -Co-workers have respected me because I address issues firmly and fairly -I enjoy educating co-workers on safety and how it can positively or negatively change their lives. -Most challenging situations is to educate your superiors on how to implement HSE systems. for most of the senior management HSE applies only during presentations but is meaningless on the field.

Pros: all employees are treated with respect regardless of gender and are given full opportunity to show and prove their potential.
Cons: long hours of work including working on public holidays

Good learning experience in particular company culture.

Managing of the sub-ordinates always on par because respect existence between management and labor. Constant involvement by the company MD has its positives and negatives. one has to have a thick skin because when a senior manager you suppose to report to they only communicate to my sub-ordinates instead of speaking to me. which clearly is unacceptable.

Pros: Company values always practiced
Cons: favoritism practiced by top management

Excellent learning curve

dear sir/madam i have good relationship with my superiors and my sub-ordinates.construction its a very challeging job but exciting because i get to learn new thing everyday. i mostly enjoy working under pressure, when we have to meet our target for the day. most challenging part is when your team is behind the schedule because we sometimes work 12 hours to meet our target. what i learnt most is to plan the work ahead and always have a goal for the day and also make an effort to achieve it,avoid mistakes by stopping,thinking and acting after. best regards
