I have been in the call Centre Industry dealing with Customer service . Spent most of the Time being involved in projects and helping deliver them. I worked myself up the ranks and was one of the operations managers that was responsible for managing Compliance audit certification in the contact centre . I would be the one leading the project and ensuring that all AUDIT requirements are established , implemented and adhered to . That then got me referred as a preferred candidate to be a COPC coordinator . Which means I'm the lead implementer and manager of COPC project and help the company get certification. My typical day at work will depend on how far I am on the project . Meetings and conference calls to check how far the task allocated have been implemented . To give feedback to project owners and key stakeholders about the COPC project . Random audits to check if processes have been understood and done as per requirements

Overall experience in call centre
My experience and leadership as well as passion to work at a Call Centre have skilled me to apply for this position. I'm passionate about promoting excellent communication skills. I have practical experience in call centre, trace and customer service department which enables me to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Good working condition.
I enjoyed working for my last company. I just had personal issues that i had to deal with I eventually did deal with them. I had a very good relationship with my co-workers, and learnt a lot from them and the management team.

The growth opportunities in the company are excellent of you work hard
I started as a customer service agent and within 3 months I was promoted to aTier 1 high value technical support Advisor. 8 months later I was promoted to team leader due to my hard work so that Is how I know that the company recognises and rewards hard worker

It was truly a learning experience
Enjoyed working there, the hours were challenging though. There was lots of room for growth, however the shifts wer not fixed making it impossible to balance family life......................................................

Excellent learning curve
An energetic pupil who is keen to find a position in your department, whom is accurate ,trustworthy ,self driven, energetic and determined to be successful. Did a lot of customer services, coaching , stand in supervisor and gained a good understanding of what is required willing to learn and gain more experience and able to work on own initiative or part of a team. Computer literate.
