Asked to be involved in all aspects of the company giving me a great learning opportunity.

Conekt Business group has very friendly and social work Culture . CEOs are very active in team building. There are extremely busy days and there are days when we get to play pool , we also have a Keg and Bar for after working hours to interact with CEOs . The office is extremely quiet as all techs work on site , so on a busy day there are 6 members present at the office. Its a funny company to work for and they are always open to new ideas for improvement . I have learnt how to work on Sage, I enjoy the busy days the most as my mind is busy and spinning unfortunately i do not get many of those days.

Pros: I am involved in all aspects of the business
Cons: no space for growth in the company as its very small.

Great learning exposure

Typical day involves things breaking and running around to fix them.I relate well with my colleagues.I have learnt to exercise patience.I enjoy the end part of resolving a call when I get to hear confirmation that all is working.The most challenging aspect is when you have to sit on 3rd party suppliers while keeping the client calm.

Pros: total client ownership where you get to develop oneself
Cons: To much travel and long hours with little breaks
