It's a partly flexible position provided your work is covered for the day and I needed to avail myself most of the time,On a daily basis I would to travel requisitions,follow up on the previous day's work and make sure visitors are taken care of if there's any in terms of lunch breakfast accommodation as part of my scope.Do collections or drop offs for the CEO.make sure the boardroom is clean and ready for daily meetings.I had a good relationship with my co- workers as I was their point of contact with the management.I had a broad scope so I have also used SAP to load quotations for most didvision which I have never used and also being as professional as possible is key. I enjoyed the flexible part of the post and being involved in all departments. People's personalities and being in Durban the Indian culture,part of my profile was catering and In Johannesburg it's not as challenging as Durban.The kind of food they eat and having to cater for different people.

I have good knowledge of quality tools that i have studied and leant over the years .

i worked in Conlog for -+18 years ,from being a production tech ,Customer service tech,Quality tech and to a Supplier Quality tech.In this position i supervised and trained Quality inspectors to inspect and controll all incoming components and parts,for any non conformance . Once a non conforming part was detected , i with iso late that batch re inspect ,and send out a letter of non conformance to the supplier pointing out the default (providing photos and part nos form the p-pap that was created for that part. Arrangement with be made for the parts to be collected and replaced. I enjoy my position and take great pride in what i do , i also work well with all racial groups and a team player.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and better my working skills.
Cons: We had to work a lot of over time due to the lack of proper planning, spent a lot of hours training new staff,No room for growth.

Good learning curve

My duties entails providing training to the end-users about the smart split type of the meter. Engage with them about the product, note down their recommendation, concerns about the product. i work with different type of people with different personality on every site visit and we have been excellent to one another and as a result we came up with great team which produces good results.

Exposure to wide variety of problems that require solutions

The work is challenging but can be overwhelming due to the expected out. Dynamic environment, Great team, middle management and co-workers are great to work with. Travel for work has been good. challenges faced include trying to manage workload, especially when somebody leaves.

Good

Good company to learn and gain experience. Mnagement level pays not so bad but the low level like general operators are not really getting a good money but you can live with it.they help you to study further to persue your career.

Iam quite flexible and have a dynamic personality, I enjoy networking with people and discussing new ideas. I am a goal-oriented person who respect deadlines, well organization and always up to schedule. I find it motivational to work long hours if needed to complete a task. I am very good at managing my time and
