A typical continuous 24 hour operation in which work execution teams have progress monitored, supplied with raw material, tools and consumables. Most are high safety risk type of work, meaning safety is a continuous drive. Continuous communication between Client , my Peers and Seniors is crucial to ensure a free flowing continuous work execution is maintained. Punchlisting and processing ensures a quality product which the client is satisfied with and prepared to pay for. The main components of success being time and costs, excellent coordinators is crucial to be successful.
