Excellent customer service and admin skills

A typical day at work for me would be very busy and to always keep the customers happy at all times I have a good relationship with my co workers yes there are dad when we don’t agree with each other but we do get along well I have learnt a lot in the 8and half years I have learnt to work on a multi switchboard and work with customers at the same time I have learnt a lot about debtors as well and daily cash sales I have learnt to do management reports as well at times I had to handle everything myself while management was looking for a new parts admin manager What I enjoy most is doing my admin and having it under control and getting a bonus for it because it’s done to the T my manager always could lean on me to keep things going and to keep it right for an audit we always passed the audits I also enjoy working under pressure and with people that knows we are here to work Te most challenging thing is keeping an unhappy and difficult customer happy but I always get it right by staying calm

Pros: Working overtime during the week for extra money
Cons: Working on a Saturday until 1

Hardworking person

I like to work and assist customers when they need help or advise.. I get along very well with my co-workers and when my daily job is finished I will also assist them.
