i attend to help desk duties requested by employees at the organisation, example being when a laptop or working station is not functioning properly then i am call to assist. The organisation i work at is multi-racial an as such we respect and collaboratively work as unit. i have learn to work in group, to contribute my ideas and to acknowledge, embrace and learn the things i don't know. I mostly enjoy learning and being challenged. the difficult aspect of the job is encountering a problem that requires immediate solution and yet you i don't have an idea not knowledge of how to go about solving that problem.

Excellent learning curve
I will start by saying I'm very hard working young women, very open minded and very good in management time. I went to school in rural area. I completed my high school level in 2012. I went to EWC to study Management Assistant, so I obtain National Certificate N6. and I have Diploma in Computer Literacy as well. I still busy with my internship for Admin but currently Am at Reception Area. I do Paper work, Petty cash, Suppliers for stationery and Booking appointment for staff. I have good relationship with my co-workers and very good communication skills as well. I have learn to deal with SWOT especially when it come to reception area, it can be challenging sometimes. I have to deal with the basic challenging especially when it come with meeting deadline. I enjoy working with people and always just be around friendly clients.

Good experience and mentors
I am currently working for constitution hill which was a jail years ago, now is know as a heritage site in South Africa. The company has different department like HEPP, MARKETING, Facilities and Operation, finance.
