Excellent learning curve
What was nice about the job was every day was different, you always had new things to learn. I wasnt just selling of marketing properties, I was the PA to the owner if the company, aswell as the PA to the workshop Forman. I handled all the company's insurance claims aswell as the maintenance schedule of the company's fleet. I was the storeman as well as the company buyer of all the parts and office equipment. So everyday was a new challenge and it was great. The hours started to work on me as we were told jif you put in more you will get out more so as a transport company always start early. Insted of working 8-5 I worked 6-6 for 4 years just wished we could have gotten something extra. Now I am just looking for a company that is willing to see the hard work that I a willing to put in. And hoping for a chance to prove my self and being recognized.

The most challengig aspect of the job role is probably to do with time management
the most challengig aspect of the job role is probably to do with time management but as you become more used to the environment and find the best way of worafter working in a variety company both small and large i have learned how to spot difference between commited employees who are in it for the long haul and temporaryfaces who will move on down the line king for yourself it can get alot easier
Pros: this notion that youre very close to the heart and soul of the company is afeeling that you cant replicate in a large organisation to which ypu may have grown accumtomed
Cons: more people working on each projects this means its harder to be heard as an individual and you have to go extra mile o really stand out

Excellent Customer Service
I'm a young vibrant 30 year only Woman, full of energy and a Ready to go kind of a girl . I am a fast learner and adapt easily most of all i respect people's culture, in my 9 years of Customer Service, I've learn how do treat different individuals, patience and good listing skills has become a strategy to deal with difficult client. I have a good relationship with the co-workers and learn a lot from them. I have challenges when one does not render good service to client or take initiative. What i enjoy most about my Job is when I seeing client happy about their grades and when they are given excellent service.

Great Learning Curve
Working for the CIDB has been a great opportunity for someone like me. I got there fresh from school and was exposed to the world of dealing with debtors, how to communicate with them when they need to pay up and helping them out with all their account queries. In 2011 I moved from Accounts Receivables to Payables, there I learned so much. Petty cash administration, suppliers, cash and bank, asset counts. Basically my job requires me to interact alot with the employees as I am the one responsible for petty cash for our Head Office and all Provincial Offices. I enjoy working with our suppliers, following up on outstanding invoices, ensuring we pay on time and raising accurate accruals.
Pros: Perfect opportunity to start a career
Cons: No career growth, no staff empowerment
