I am currently working in a call centre we do research on behalf of major companies we find out how satisfied people are with the company it is an out bond call centre but we do customer service .

Multi tasking

Im currently working in a research company we do research on behalf of major companies in the country to see how satisfied people are with the companies. I am a team player and I have interpersonal skills ,I have learnt to work with different people from different places and to multi task too

I enhanced great interpersonal skills

As mentioned above I enhanced great interpersonal skill where I could work with different people at different levels as well as working under pressure. What I enjoyed mostly is that we are able to do thing broadly I research captured data or information did customer service at the same time.

Entry level position

It is an outbound call centre company for Market Research, where we measure customer satisfaction with Major Banking industries as well as Insurance companies short term and long term, we learn alot about products offered in different banks and also insurance companies, the only challenging part is reaching targets and also trying to get clients to participate in the surveys we conduct.

Pros: Learning alot about products on offer
Cons: Clients refusing to take part
