Dictatorship management
Not the greatest working under dictatorship management. No room at all for growth. The pay is good but it comes at a ridiculous cost and it's not worth sticking around long for.

Learning curve

Dedicated hard worker.. responsible for the day to day management and financial management of the business.. including HR management people management Financial accountant Financial reports Cash management Debtors and creditors team management Board communication Budgets Variance reports Excellence relationship with teams I enjoy the deadlines.. that's challenges me.

Excellent communication with customers and Co workers
Collecting outstanding payments, recon, processing and sending invoices to customers, helping with their queries. Team worker. I learnt Co operation with other people is the best key. I enjoy solving customers with their accounts explaining and resolving their issues. Dealing with difficult customers
