1st time bakery, good learning curve
Set up of machines, product check , plant improvements, good environment, people are friendly, management always available.challenges are machines are old that requires hands on always

Methodology in FMCG is same but different machinery. Wonderful experience and learning more.
The packing of biscuits in wrappers was new for me. It taught me more of machine timing and vertical packing. The feed integration of product in to machine must be done in house and that is nice because although you getting a fully built up machine, you have to incorporate your own feed system. Speed versus delicacy of product is always a challenge as well maintaining GMP. Nice environment, fast paced, and not one product the same.
Pros: From setting up machine to final product. Involved all the way
Cons: Rigid and closed to new ideas.
