Excellent customer service
I give 100% at work. My colleagues respect my work. I give feedback on every visit. I measure everything that is measurable. I enjoy dealing with customers because I get to share the knowledge I have with them. I also enjoy solving or handling customer complaints, as I have handled customers for the past decade. The most challenging part is to get the old school guys to change their ways of doing things like using technology to their advantage and benefit. They are still doing things manually and not using technology fully.
Pros: Great opportunities ahead
Cons: Long working hours

Great learning experience
The company consists of different people from different backgrounds, with different views and ethics. I did my training with the company and qualified as an artisen. The environment is very diverse at yet so welcoming and friendly. I take my colleagues as family and the communication we possess would fully agree with the statement. Working with such people would teach you values of life and attributes to combat any type of workplace or work environment. I have learnt a lot from the people relating to my trade and because of the friendly attitude of my colleagues, the learning curve becomes an easy task. As easy the task is, there are also challenges such as mistreatment and favoritism among employees and management. Such can lower one's self-confidence and work rate and thus reflect on productivity of that person.
Pros: Plenty of opportunities for growth
Cons: Working on holidays
