Great experience gained in a different industry

I handle the daily account duties which include debtors and creditors management. Processing of new orders,invoices and purchase orders among other duties. I also manage the switchboard of 17 lines of which I screen and redirect calls and take messages. My colleagues are great always supportive the managers are okay always willing to help.

Excellent Decision Making Role

Typical day at work is usually the same and monotonous. We are each assigned departments and work accordingly. There has been no formal training, just an outline of the work explained and you work from there. I have learnt alot in terms of system trouble shooting, customer relations and dealing with difficult customers. The most challenging aspect is working in unison with co -workers as their contributions are on a different level. There are those that feel because they have been working here longer that their say should be the last say
