Exposure both hands-on and management of all areas in Human Resources

I am ideally seeking a permanent position in a professional environment as the last step in my career. I have extensive experience, skills, knowledge in all areas of Human Resources gained in International companies and pride myself in having longstanding service relationships with my previous employers. I have successfully transitioned from the following industries: Cosmetics, Agricultural, Heavy Duty Machinery and Mining. I have completed Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6) and have two modules to complete for Adv Human Resource Management (NQF Level 8). I have placed my studies on hold as I worked long hours as well as weekends and currently I have a financial constraint to complete my studies. I have also completed 14 modules of 28 modules in BCom Human Resources (NQF Level 7). I wish to be considered for this position as I have both hands-on knowledge as well as management of a Human Resources department.

Pros: I have successfully managed my relationship with both line management and employees as well as successfully transitioned from different industries. I have always successfully executed my duties, responsibilities as well as new challenges.
Cons: I am able and have travelled both locally and internationally ass well as worked long hours as I do not have any responsibilities.

What the behaviour should be like of a credit controller

A normal day its not just about collecting money or making targets its about customer service and team work. The first and most important thing to do is to build relationships with your colleques and customers. This makes your daily tasks must easier. Not everyone will be interested but it will eventually happens. I enjoy working with people, the not so happy clients are my biggest challenge, those who refuse to pay because of as they will call it bad customer service. Also even its not your job or not your customer, never transfer calls all over the office. If u can assist, assist. If it.is the incorrect department ask the customer if you can transfer the call or call back and make sure its the correct person you transfer the call to. As for my coworkers I will stop with what Im doing should they need assistance unless Im in the.middle of a million rand payment allocation. Always be nice no matter how stressfull the day

Pros: There is not many.opportunities for promotions unless someone resigns.
Cons: they growing and still trying to get systems in place

Work for myself

A typical workday starts at 08h00 to prepare for the day in line with the project plan for the week. Office opens at 09h00 the day progresses according to the plan for the day. Venturing into new compliance legislation, creates steep learning curves, but that creates the challenge and excitement which makes the job so stimulating. The biggest challenge is to apply and tailormake the application of the reulations sothat it fits seamlessly into each clients unique procedural and operational environment, without compromising any aspects of the required compliancy.

Pros: Automoty and flexibility
Cons: Difficulty to maintain a balance and to close office at closing time.
