My Current professional situation

I am a very loyal person, which is why I have stayed at Coracall for as long as I have. I really enjoy my relationship with my co-workers and have learnt a few tricks from different people in the process. I start my day off by going through all of my emails. I then plan my day. I attend to queries from the previous day before starting anything new. My duties then take the form of assessments, interviews, criminal and credit checks, internal investigations, administrative duties, disciplinary hearings, employee engagement etc. The most challenging part of my job is pay day.

I hve enjoyed my time at Coracall, but looking for new opportunities to grow.

I deal with administrative duties I deal with internal disciplinary duties I represent the company at the CCMA I assist with the company's workplace skills program and annual training report I oversee the company's skills development through next leader programs. I support the learners in the Learnerships. I create and complete files for onboarding staff. I conduct telephonic interviews for prospective employees I administer their prerequisite assessments.

Pros: Good staff members
Cons: No more room to grow.

I am happy with where I am headed...

it is said that different people work for different companies for various reasons. The fact of the matter though is that people have no other means of surviving unless they have enough money. The salary that one gets will definitely make them happier.

Pros: I have a wonderful view. I work in a team with very good people
Cons: I don't get paid as much as the industry averages
