I am currently working as an HR Consultant , my day starts at 9:00 AM dealing with the admin etc, The shift of our employees commence at 11:00 am , there's no telling what the outcome of the day will instill it could be anything from disciplining an employee to having a counselling session , to offering them a hug and providing them with a shoulder to cry on and supporting them, to them being sick and caring for them. Working at Coracall has been an excellent experience and the Head of HR doesn't limit us as consultants I enjoy the interaction i have with the employee's the fact that they have built as relationship with me interms of finding out things, being advised etc. My job is not to delegate but instead to mediate There is nothing challenging about my job accept I am someone who likes having everything up to date records in order so when i need to revert to something it is easily accessible allowing me more time to deal with a situation so time is a bit of a challenge for me

Pros: The Pros of working at Coracall is the environment the people we worth with, as an individual we are not limited to our jobs rather we are allowed to be multi skilled
Cons: The cons although this is a great company to work for we should be awared salary increases , bonuses etc

Learning curve

its a day in the UK as we call up customers in the UK, some good guys to work with, very fun fill to the guys whom knew me, learnt to be in command of what i do, helping people, getting your accent across.

Need 2 hav passion abt what u do&have respect for 1&other&lead&let other's follow.

Need to be confident about anything that you do and mainly have respect for one and other and lead and let other's follow -H.o.p.e is the best one-HELPING,OTHER,PEOPLE,EXCEL

Excellent New Opportunity

the position i currently hold allows me to to constantly communicate and meet new people which is good given the personality i hold i work for a soliciting firm that deals with motor accident claims for U.K clientèle more or less i call clients and set up appointments for our clients with solicitors and assist them with the claiming process in this position I've leaned to appreciate the value of life by speaking to people that have been in these terrible ordeals most of the difficulties include persuading a person to trust us in making a successful claim on their behalf what i enjoy most is the interaction with so many people on a daily basis .

Pros: Excellent Atmosphere
Cons: Long Working Hours
