There is no opportunity for growth

No opportunity for growth and they are not paying very well. Most of the time it is very quiet and I feel like my career is going down the drain. Our manager is forever not in the office and he doesn't know how to speak to the employees. He is not a good leader and he makes our jobs to be very difficult. We don't even have medical aid and oyher benefits

MCSD CERTIFICATION

I completed my mcsd certification within 5 month by passing every exam on the first attempt and got placement immediately after for the remaining duration of the internship.

Pros: You get certified as a Microsoft certified software Developer
Cons: There is no hand on experience

Offers the opportunity to complete a Microsoft Certification (MCSD) and a few months of gaining workplace experience in other companies. The company is more like an academy that provides training opportunities for University graduates only

I am dedicated, organized and methodical individual. I have good interpersonal skills, i am an excellent team worker and am keen and very willing to learn and develop new skill. I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive. I identity and develop opportunities.
