My experience at my Current Company .

In the few years that I've worked at Corex, I've been asked to assist different departments and in doing so I've learned various functions.I move from dispatch to customer service to reception to RMA. I deal with face to face clients as well as telephonically. Fellow colleagues often ask for my assistance with things as I've been there the longest, in our group. My manager has actually said to me, that as long as he's there I will never move departments because he believes that I'm good at my job and doesn't want anyone else there. And while that it is praise of some sort, it doesn't leave for much growth.

Pros: I've learned alot from my company. How to work with different people, how to do different functions.
Cons: I have never been promoted, and my salary was not adjusted to fit the duties I'm expected to perform.

It was the worst job & culture that I have ever had.

It was the worst job & culture that I have ever had. 25 minutes lunch for a 9.5 hour work day was granted. Everyone disliked it but were to scared to resign.

Pros: none
Cons: 25 min lunch time, no company culture.

Steep Learning Curve and a lot of pressure

Its a great company to work for but they is long working hour's Challenging tasks but they are achievable through team work experience in business administration qualification and Packaging Clerk and Administration assistant

Wish I could have stayed longer

I love the work I do in the account department and even more so the people I work with. My clients are easy to communicate with and I have everything I need to do my job. I have learnt so much about a small part of accounts and is eager to further that career, unfortunately my current position does not offer that as most of the accounts department is centralized in JHB.

Pros: Great team to work with
Cons: No annual increases
