Ever changing environment with out the knowledge of job security. Its been challenging with hie staff turnover most employees i started with has moved on with in 12 moths. However staying the coars has had its own rewards

Fast pace and challenging

Great company to work for. I used every opportunity to learn everything I could at a lower offer. Resources are there, so it up to you whether you complain about the negatives or you use current resources in your palm. Every work environment has people of different cultures and attitudes, so it a matter of how you respond to it. Only thing I liked the least is when others think that the only thing a Receptionist can do is to answer phones and THAT ALL THEY KNOW!. I've learned to gather as much experience as I can and I know my value now. More work and less staff.

Power to information

My current job is a highlight of my capabilities.A day to day task is dealing with employees attitudes,characters and the challenges that come with the difference of each individual.I have learned that on a normal day you never wake up and say im going to work no never,there is always a plan ,a target a goal one must aim on a daily base to accomplish the results.i enjoy most interacting with employees solving payroll issues and getting results of all grievances and misunderstanding of employees,its a challenge because you must always be at your feet.The most challenging part of the job is having an employee who does not want to understand and you make sure before he leaves my office he fully understands the concept.
