Have learned alots to work with people

I have every morning an maintenance meeting with all artisan were we talk about the work that has to be done during the day . Then I sign off all job cards for the previse day and capture it into your maintenance system. I have an open door policy with the artisan so if they have an problems and cant solve an problem I am there to help them.

Pros: differnent manufacturing enviroment then the other companys i worked for i have learned al lot off how to manage people as every person is different and go differnently about doing there jobs
Cons: people is difficult to work with and does always trying to take shorts cutts and dont always want to do there job correctly

Challenge you everyday

This positions I'm in its mainly bout quick but calculated decision making.the main aim to satisfy our customer with minimum cost to the company.I have worked in both production planning and dispatch planning.

Pros: well established company to work for in the corrugated industry
Cons: long hours and 24hours standby

Huge learning curve.

Corruseal offers huge learning opportunities and is growing at a fast pace. I am concerned that the company is growing too fast and leaving some individuals behind.

Project co-ordination for Boiler and generator installation

A typical work day involves: -Meeting to reconcile downtime and planning resources for work execution. -Managing the permit to work system and all SHE risks associated with work execution and the facility. -Planning for work required on equipment and ensuring reliability data is closed off. -Managing time and attendance -Ensuring all spares drawn from the stores are managed and all repairables have been planned for. -Ensuring 5S is adhered too My relationship with co-workers is great I enjoy problem solving. The most challenging aspects of the job are managing the costs involved when production requirements force work to be executed on Sundays.
