Excellent work experienced.

I have learned a lot during my time at Pannar Seed (which has now merged with Dupont Pioneer and DOW to form Corteva). I have gained a lot of experience using PL/SQL on Oracle and SQL Server databases. In addition to that I have learned to create reports from these databases using Crystal Reports and SSRS. I have alos been exposed to SAP ERP and the SAP BI tools (WEBI, Bex Analyzer, BW). In adiition to this I have learned to work on my own as well as in a team and to listen carefully to (internal) customers to make sure there reporting needs are met.

Pros: Great learning opportunities.
Cons: Not much opportunities for promotion in teh IT department

It's A Great Company You Learn No Chance At Permanent Employment

It's A Great Company You Learn New Skills For The Particular Working Environment But No Promotions Or Ways To Climb The Ladder It's Also Seasonal Work With No Chance At Permanent Employment

Pros: Good For Learning New Skills
Cons: Contractual Work You Might Find Yourself Working For 3 Months Only

I i work with a diverse group of people taht provides a great learning curve but embordied in a particular culture that forsters great achioevement and movements around the safety of employees. k with diversity
