Limited learning opportunities

I am doing the most challenging job which requires me to stay focused the whole day my relationship with my co-working is great and professional I have learned to manage my work in an efficient and productive manner and also have had an opportunity to supervise the whole team as well as preparing month accounts payables monthly reports. what makes me happy is the fact that my work is so update and this allows me to take my annual leave having peace of mind that my work is up to standard the most challenging yet manageable aspects is when its the end of the month since there are lots of reports, accounts reconciliations preparations, however all of the above I can manage.

Pros: opportunities are so limited
Cons: working hours are not flexible as all of us are expected to start work at 8-5 and if you come earlier, there is no over-time benefits

I am a fast learner

My work style is extremely flexible – working on so many different projects requires me to be adaptive. In general, I try to work on one project at a time, working as quickly but efficiently as possible to achieve the highest results. All of my projects require collaboration, so I use the team environment to check for errors. I am a perfectionist and a driven worker, and I think my clear communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team, in any project.
