Great company but looking for better earning potential Currently have 10 years driving experience and technical skills including signage trade I'm also a very quick learner like to work as a team and achieving my goals to increase sales within the company

Micromanaging at its pinacle

No scope to grow. Mixed messages, poor communication between levels Micromanagement to the nth degree. Fear culture which stifles ideas. Too many chiefs Too much focus on control and not enough recognition for performance. Inconsistent standards

Cons: No opportunity to innovate
