A typical day entails, getting Job cards for troubleshooting and go-ahead... Order stock, deliveries or collections to and from clients. Technicians help each where there's a complex fault. When you do your job daily, you learn a lot from different brand machines... What I also enjoy is callouts, where I give advice to clients...

Pros: No room for growth
Cons: When you come back after knockoff, there's no overtime.

If learned alot at Cosmo, and have gotten the experience, but the pay is just to low!

-I go around picking picking slips of orders that comes in, and make sure that the other pickers do theyer job. - I have a very good relationship with my co workers, and in deed have maked alot of new friends. -In the year if been working there I have learned alot of industrial stock and how to talk/help customers. - What I enjoy the most us that every body works as a team. - The most challenging aspect of tge job is, just that the monthly salary is to small, and im not able to make a living out of a salary like that, although they said that id be able to get promoted in mid next year that my salary would grow to R8000 a month.

Excellent learning curve

The company has a good family like structure. Working in an Afrikaans environment, it made me adapt to a different environment. The envi have learned to adapti enjoy to different people and work in teams. ironment is professional yet relaxed.

New challenges

I like new challenges and I am a fast learner. It is always nice to learn something new. I have a good eye for details as I work with stock and the pricing of stock. I do work well with co-workers and have respect for the workplace.
