Currently on my field technician professional career at Cosoft, I handle numerous technical, maintenance, and computer support issues for branch locations. In particular, I configured and set up hardware, software, and peripherals — and diagnosed and troubleshot problems relating to local area network (LAN) and system Installation. I have good communication skills both written and verbal, telephone skills, and Customer Services experience. I am a hardworking, friendly, target driven, team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and loyal and a fast learner and willing to obtain more experience, learn, grow with in IT department and be an asset in an organisation. Good learning , training

Work in 2 men teams ,7 hours a day start at nine , give you training depending what your title is at the company , install servers, call centers ,install the whole layout for debonairs deliveree software for drivers + give the drivers training on how to work with the deliberee system with pabble and blades

Good in diagnosing problems and troubleshooting

I have one year experience working as a helpdesk agent, two years as a network technician and two years as field technician. I have a Diploma in Business Information Technology, CompTIA A+, N+, Technical Support and System Support qualifications. I have Problem solving skills, good communication (written and verbal) skills, creative and analytical, ability to work independently and under pressure, attention to details, team player, well groomed,Technical/professional knowledge and skills, and customer service skills.

Cons: Long working hours, working on holidays and weekends

Excellent experience

To whom it may concern. I am a fast learner and I'm devoted to everything I do. I am a person who focuses my vision beyond what I see and who always demonstrates high level determination and commitment.
