Excellent learning curve
My day starts with having a team meeting, in the meeting we share budgets how much we have achieved to make thus far and what our focus will be to achieve the weekly budget, we share our focuses for the day and time allocated to each task, recognition for good work, birthdays are shared. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, I dont make them feel inferior to because I am the team leader but rather motivate,inspire and empower them to achieve things to the best of their ability and more. We have a clear understanding when it comes to specific tasks and what is allocated to whom. I have learned many things in the business what stood out most is that one can never judge someone else by looking at them. I enjoy interacting with different people on a daily basis.

Company has good benefits but growth is slow.
Work according to a working schedule. Certain things to be done within a time limit. Customer Service driven. Long hours and shifts. Company has good incentives.

Great learning curve, all round retail product knowledge, excellent customer centric skills
Friendly and cordial work environment , good communication and team work between staff. Living the company values and being customer centric are life long valuable lessons. Attention to detail, problem solver, fast thinker, leading by example and respect are some valuable lessons I have learnt. I enjoy the fast paced environment, going to extra mile with customer concerns and requests, building rapport with customers, responsibility and collaboration with fellow colleagues. The demand when short staffed, laying out the floor and meeting customer demands which are challenges I enjoy.

Would like to work for your company
The company is doing good and the customer love the product. Or I can say the love the fabrication it is a good company to work on. Bt sometime as a woman you feel like you need some more experience from another store as u already work for more than 3yrs.ehe

Team leader
No career growth for staff and the salary are very low. Staff always friendly and, professional and always adhere to the company values.The only pros is each season staff gets company uniform

Best work experience
Great work experience , main focus as a sales associate you always need to be customer obsessed. Be a team player , be collaborative. Listen , understand and respond to customer queries at all times.

Good working experience.

Good learning curve

Productive team work
The company I work for is a place where we are all United and share the same goal of making sales.It is a diverse working environment where we all come from different backgrounds and have different cultures but we work extremely well together. Most challenging aspects would be being short staffed at times and we work under pressure sometimes. I have become one of the best team player and have grown a lot of my team members in guiding,training and motivating them I have also had the opportunity to study Management through the business and have grown in uplifting myself and others.
