• I have completed Matric and Diploma in Project Management • I am currently studying for National Diploma in Administration Management and Diploma in Management of Technology and Innovation • I am computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, and Outlook and Internet, GAAP, JBA and SAP I am now appointed by the Government Development & Public Affairs Manager to be the only one processing all government and Clinix group orders. I am responsible for Clinix group, Garden Rout Grobir Distributors, Government normal orders and consignment. Our products are medical products, machines mostly for theatre and ICU, respiratory and vascular, Cardio and Diabetic and Spine products

Pros: Accurate processing of the following orders: private orders; Government orders; Consignment/ Loan orders; invoices; technical invoicing; samples; surgitrack, my market and order wise orders. Giving speedy response to customers regarding any queries with their orders General faxing of documents (delivery notes, invoices) Liaising with various department and service providers (Dinaledi, Grobir) Obtaining proof of deliveries and shipping documents Adhering to cut off time daily Prompt answering to telephones and manage call overflow from switchboard Timeous issuing of order to Customer care on request

Im working with SAP for two years

3 years’ experience in Covidien/Medtronic working as a returns clerk, multi-skilled, hardworking and efficient warehouse operative with a proven track record of ensuring the smooth functioning and running of all warehouse concerning activities. Able to follow standard operating procedures. I have operated JBA system for one year and I am currently on my second year working on SAP system. I possess a comprehensive understanding of material / stock management techniques, inventory control methods and procedures. I am looking for a suitable position with a company which offers genuine room for progression and where I can make a significant contribution.
