Good learning curve
We recruit clients to join insurance on door to door or face to face approach. we work 8 hours a day and on Saturday. My relationship with co-worker is good and we good communicators. i have learned more about the sales industry. I enjoy working in a team and it also allows me to work independently. Meeting different clients with different characters also educate me more about different cultures and the diversity in our country. The most challenging aspect is when you didnt write any client for a day because there is a target that you have to meet dailly.
Pros: There are opportunities for personal growth
Cons: The salary cannot afford my living expenses

Learning Curve
The company is still growing and has the potential of being bigger. The daily activities become very hectic as the team is very small, as a result one end up doing the work of more than 2 people at the same time. The advantage of such an environment is that you get to learn a lot of things, advance the knowledge base and experience. The disadvantage is that one gets over worked and drained which might end up in stress or even depression.
Pros: Learning
Cons: Long working hours, stressful

Excellent work experience
Working at Covision Group has been a great work experience as I get to interact with potential clients on a daily to sell them insurance. I also came to realize that I'm good at teamwork and working with people on any field, we have a good understanding of each other. The only challenge I'm facing is difficult clients.
Pros: Great work experience
Cons: Have to walk door to door
