I've learned alot from my call center agent experience

I am a hard worker and I'm willing to learn and get more experience. I'm not just looking for a call center I just wanna grow myself. I've been part of the miss soweto finalist in 2016. I am confident, outgoing, talking. I'm 23 and my hobby is modeling.

Good learning curve

My day starts very early, whoever gets into the office first has extract data for the rest of the team to build campaigns for the call center. My coworkers display a very good team spirit and we always learning new ideas from each other. For the past 1 year i have learnt several analytical skills including some advanced excel technics and i can gladly acknowledge that learning new techniques is what makes me keep going because it increases my efficiences at work. The most challenging part of my job is preparation of client decks/reports within short notices as this is often the case.

Pros: Good learning ground
Cons: No growth prospects
