Excellent learning curve

the company that I work for now at the moment has helped me develop more in my field which is HR, I once worked at government-Department of social development and SARS. most of the things where not done properly or I would rather say day to issues at government are not the same as in the private sector.at CRH I have been exposed to how to handle issue, like disciplining employees applying progressive discipline, I have had to speak in front of many people where I would be doing induction trainings and also observe during disciplinary hearings and also do absenteeism reposts and report daily to management. there is no relationship with co workers because everyone is busy doing his/her own work, with colleagues you only meet when there's work to do .

Excellent learning opportunity

Worked at CRH-Africa as a Project engineering intern.2018/01/08 to 2019/01/08 The work experience gives an opportunity to understand how to organize and prioritize the work to be completed using project management techniques. Qualities such as continues improvements and process flow optimization
