Great three years of learning
Head of Compliance and Company Secretarial function and a Member of the Executive Committee. A secretary to the Members Council and the Board of Directors. In charge of the legal, compliance and secretarial reporting function. Instrumental in the producing of the organizations Annual Integrated Report. I am an attendee to all Board Committees of CSA, additionally I report directly into the Board as well as it's statutory committees, the Social and Ethics Committee and Audit and Risk Committee. Broad expose to the entire business was a great experience. Challenging aspect was being an middle man between the Board and management.

Consistent pace of lots of work - you make your own down time by managing your work and planning better. I am consistently hard working and available to all that need me.

My duties on a daily basis
I have also worked in a high pressure environment at Cricket South Africa (CSA) for a period of five months as a Junior Financial Analyst Intern providing support to management. Collection of monthly management accounts. Review and basic analysis of members’ management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial statements. Drafting of monthly reports for review by management and for circulation to the Finance Committee

Great working experience
The working environment makes a person look forward to yet another day.A place where colleagues are like blood family,close and loving.Team work is one of the best things I got taught in CSA and working with various people was what I enjoyed the most
