Excellent learning curve

Crickley is a milk, yogurt, juice and cheese factory. The work is very challenging as you must work with little resources and still do a great job. It learned me alot to become very detailed orientated and to work under extreme pressure and to do time management correctly. The factory is very clean but the layout is a big problem as it always keep production up and there is little space for finished goods as well as raw materials. The guys work hard and get frustrated a lot by the hard work.. I never had issues with any Co worker but a few What I enjoyed most was that the time went very fast as you always busy The most challenging aspect was to convince the managers to change the way the stores procedures and stock procedures as they still worked on a outdated system that is free for all stores was never locked

Cons: No lunch

Great Operations Team

Crickely is a great place to work, however certain elements within the company make things very challenging at times. Fairness is not always their main concern.

Pros: Hard work is rewarded
Cons: If certain managers don’t want you there your in for a battle

Life at Work

Stressful environment because the dairy industry is a high pressure environment as dairy products can not stand. Company is good to work at and the hours are not too hectic depending on what job title you have.

Pros: Company provides help where it can
Cons: No promotions
