Growth is important in an organization.

Once I feel that what I am doing is monotonous , in a forever changing environment I know its time to move on to other challenge. After all that is how one grows.

Pros: listening to my team 's in put helps me grow.I am over joyed to know i have made a difference to the client
Cons: lack of trust from a team effort may crumble any organization and that is something i feel strongly about.

I have leanrnt a lot.

Crocs is a great company to work in,it does not feel like work.They allow a room for growth and they allow a person to make mistakes and find solutions to them.

Pros: Chances for promotion are less.
Cons: Double shifts.

Do not trust easily

Long hours and the salary is not good...because I'm doing KPI , daily manual cash report and order stock for customers, stock taking, cashing up. My co workers are the best we may had our differences at times but we work well as a team. I have gained a lot of experience "mentioned above". Free shoes. Dealing with difficult customers.

There is room for growth, but the company should introduce benefits for the staff

a typical day at work, start by house keeping, then i do banking . go to floor and assist customers with shoes. we only sell shoes were i am employed now, first time working with shoes , so far so good. i am working mostly with ladies, who are younger than me but we work good together because of our different personalities. i have learned how the company operates and the material used to make the shoes. i enjoy making banking every morning. most challenging aspect of the job is getting customers that dont know what they want, criticizing the brand and the way the shoes are made , and having to trying to educate them but them not being interested

Cons: i work 9 hours a week, five days straight most of the time

It’s was a learning curve

Working at the company has been a great experience. But I’m looking for a chance and new challenge in life. I have learned a lot about team work and having goals. I have great working time with my co workers but what I don’t like is the disorganized in management

Training in customer engagement

Cashier and customer service Funny co-workers I learned how to work independently and flexible I enjoyed working as a team The most challenging aspects was to work on Sunday because I love going to church My relationship with my co-workers was great so helpful and motivation

Learning everyday

Its a good atmosphere, have great team working with.and we get to handle different customers. The salary its little its not a basic and we don't have benefits or bonus.but most of all I love working with customers.
