Crocs is a very nice company to work with

I have been working at the company for 4years + ,and all this years it has been wonderful years and I enjoy every moment o it, I have realised that the more you love what you do ,you endup enjoying it. There are so many things I am learning at the company and I believe I have moved from strength to strength to be where I am today. The greatest achievements to have ever received from the company, * 2016 Bubbly Store Manager of the year * 2017 Store Manager of the year

Satisfactory commission structure

the staff working for Crocs SA are the friendliest people you will ever get a chance to work with. this job has taught me about patience and knowing how to keep your temper calm. it has taught me that what most people require to have a great day is a stranger coming and saying hi to them, even if its for no reason at all. i have enjoyed learning about the different needs of different customers and how to successfully help an angry uncooperative customer.

Cons: long working hours. limited oportunities for promotion

Working environment

It’s usually busy since there’s a new trend of our products.I have a great working relationship with my co-workers and we’ve really been a support system to each other.I’ve learnt a lot since I’ve been here,my manager teaches us about leadership and proper customer service and I enjoy making new relationships with different people,finding out how we can making shopping easier for them.The most challenging part was getting used to how every individual does things and their pace,not forgetting their competitive natures workers and we’ve really been a support system to each other.I’ve learnt a lot since I’ve been here,my manager teaches us about leadership and proper customer service and I enjoy making new relationships with different people,finding out how we can making shopping easier for them.The most challenging part was getting used to how every individual does things and their pace,not forgetting their competitive natures

Excellent job relationship with my colleagues

I am very passionate about my job and I am a hard worker. I like to work with a great team and different cultures. I am a hard working person and I am always on top of my games. I knou how to work under pressure and I am willing to learn more. I am energetic person who likes good management. I like to work in an environment where I can meet people , different cultures and traditions. I like places where there is growth and team work.

Great Company

Be a brand ambassador in wholesale and retail stores -Analyse competitor trends/store sales/Crocs figures and report back -Take effective snap shots for feedback. -Create high impact displays to enhance sell through and customer feedback -Create Incentive programmes to drive sales for our customers -Enhance the relationship with customers to improve loyalty and engage with potential new customers -Train store staff on the technicalities of product as well as merchandising principles -Negotiate with store owners on retail space. -Assist with replen of stock where needed -Create and assist in promotional events
