Salaries not paid in time

I am not happy with our salaries not being paid on time in a weekly basis and the date changes every week therefore effecting my credit record . I enjoy working here except the salaries issue is making me despondent.

Pros: No promotions
Cons: No increases

Good learning

Working at my company it is enjoyable, corporation with other worker as well as my employer. We always working as a team easy to ask if there is something you do not know or understand than to to do wrong.Being patient to the new staff who learning something new and toleration is her important Once you finish your day work go and help others.I have learnt more types of baking cakes like Melton moment, delight chocolate cake,black forest slice etc.....
