Responsible of all buying for Stock ensuring the availability of stock, staff training and managing, customer service, negotiating better cost prices with suppliers, maintaining departments gross profit, control on stock rotation and managing wastage, health and safety, stock receiving and checking, stock takes, appointing and selecting of staff, as well as working as a front end manager dealing with customer flow and data capturing of good received vouchers.

Team work

it is a very challenging job because sometimes we have to work over times and that overtime is not paid. co-workers are good people to work with we work hand in hand and working together as a team gives good results. I have learned that working as a team gives excellent results the most challenging part is when we do stock take where we have to count everything in the store

Pros: it may take sometime to be considered for a suitable position in the company but its a promising company because we are being taught where we get lost
Cons: it's an 8 hours per day work but sometimes we work long hours which we then get no pay for overtime work
