Career Objective
I have 8 years’ experience as a Call Centre Supervisor and 3 years in the workshop. I’ve completed a Diploma in Road Transport Management. I’m currently a Workshop/ Stores Admin Supervisor, my duties include some of below. what I love about my current position I've started this position knowing nothing about the trucks parts and I've made so many mistakes, but because I was willing to learn, I've excelled and I came that person were other branches call if they have any issues relating to stores. I’m a harder worker and have a good working relationship with people, and love challenges. I have an eye for detail and passionate • Administrating all office duties • Manage the stores and staff • Purchasing and inventory management on intelli-fleet software • Stock receipt and issuing
Pros: i dont if i should call it a promotion , when vehicle tracking department was outsourced i was taken to stores but the company didnt want to let me go.
Cons: dealing with people who doesnt understand what they want, and suppliers who delivers late

Fleet control
I have worked as a call centre agent since I have finished doing my management assistant course at Ekurhuleni West College, i did both inbound and outbound customer service for 5 years in different companies. In the year 2016 i applied for fleet control/ fleet management, we would do tracking and monitoring of vehicles, working together with dynamics-live tracking which I worked for 4years now and it is the kind of work I enjoy doing

Crossroads Distribution the mafia company
They discredit their employees. No room for growth. No employee upskilling. Everything is done in secrecy. No relationship with management and junior staff. Retrenchment was announced yet when the union asked for a bank statement to see how the the company is not doing well when they bought new vehicles,. They received a copy and paste worksheet.
Pros: Good salary scale

Exellent learning
After my high school completion i proceeded and studied at high institution where i studied Public relation and completed N4 certificate however i manage to get fixed term employment where i was employed to be a call centre agent for a logistic company i worked very hard for my way up and i was recognised by company management and promoted for more challenging position different from call centre .

Safety Orientated
High paced environment with constant challenges arising that must be dealt with in a short amount of time. But with teamwork and continuous driver training, we manage to accomplish the tasks on hand with professionalism. Communication and training is the key to success . Never a dull moment in the transport industry.

Excellent career opportunities
In the past few years I have been promoted and give the opportunity to study and do extra courses to uplift my career in the transport industry as well as work with fantastic individuals that supported my achievements.
