Grew over the past year

I am a senior front desk receptionist at on the the top hotel in Johannesburg (The Rosebank Hotel). I ensure that all the quest checking in h as my best service when I check them in on a daily basis. I ensure that their room is clean and they have all our facilities available to them. I do switchboard operations if and when needed as well as counting of monies for our flight crue on a daily basis. I enjoy meeting different people from different countries. My relationship with my co workers is of respect and working hand in hand to meet our hotel standard and more. My challenging aspects of the job is customers satisfaction as we know the customer is always right.
