A typical day starts with ensuring the Depot is safe with no hazards or potential incidents lurking , ensuring the safety of all staff and the Depot. Greeting our well trained BVOs and ensuring they are focused and happy before leaving the Depot with their fully loaded tankers. Address any issues they might have before leaving to set them at ease. Looking at the daily.operations plan and ensuring it is followed correctly and according to plan via the monitoring of all BVOs and vehicles on the road. Dealing with all clients on a daily basis and liaising with all service stations and gantrys updating them every hour of the vehicles ETA. Coaching staff and BVOs where necessary when wot performance is not satisfactory and maintaining policies and procedures in regards to company standards , job descriptions and HR related policies. Ensuring BVOs get their annual training where needed and completing loading and decimating documents , Pods , briefing and debriefing of BVOs.

Pros: Fast paced.environment keeping you on your toes.
Cons: 12-15 working hours a day

Excellent Learning curve

Crusade Logistics, is an excellent company which has great potential, however consists of poor management and work ethic, very toxic environment A typical day in the office is extremely fast paced, very little time, to sit and have a full lunch, long meetings, heavy deadlines and lots of pressure

No day is the same, Team work is exremtly important as well as learning all areas of the business. work With team work and the accurate attitude you can get anything done Due to being the transport insdustry , we constantly strive to be the best transportor , customer as well as suppliers are not just treated with respect but also treated as part of the bussiness staff .relationship with one`s team and enviroment is extremley important
