Management of Own Business

I\m seeking a more Dependable Income because My Bussiness is working at a Lost for the last 6 Months and it\s No Use to Carry on HOPING and Praying for Work to come in any longer..Yhat\s the Only Reason why I've decided to GO Back on the Tools at any Company where I CAN Prove my skills and Maybe become a Managager again.

Pros: Being on Top Management
Cons: Very Long Hrs and Hard work and Stressfull Work

Opening in the Mornings, signing on Workers and allocate their JOBS / Tasks for the day . Explaining what the Deadline times are for various jobs VERY Clear in to what is expected from EACH and Every one in the workshop NEVER TO TRUST anybody without Supervision because then they try SHORT CUTS and that NEVER Works Working with all types of People is NO Issue to me seeing that I've done an IPTT Course during my time on THE Railways

Pros: Nothing more Exiting as to work with Different Cultures
Cons: VERY LONG Hrs

Hard work with Hands ON duty

Opening Work shop daily, check on Personal admin, employees availability each day as sometimes a couple doesn't appear at work especially on Mondays and long weekends. time keeping and progress reports of previous day's work discussions and programs that needs to be complied with daily basis

Pros: fun working with all types of people as well as clients
Cons: very long hrs every day without breaks

Excellent job oppertunity

Opening Workshop and office in the mornings 06:00 till 20:00 dayly Running the business with all types of Orders Scheduling work programs for workers Check on Quality of products Ordering and collecting of components and material for each job in Production Collecting Consumables for Weekly and dayly usages Time keeping Tjeck on orders and deliveries dayly bases

Pros: Working by myself on my time
Cons: Very long hrs
