Learning about new industry

Company demographics and management style is not suited to my overall work existence and standard of my educational accomplishments....................

Pros: Easy uncomplicated operational procedures
Cons: Inefficient policies and procedures in place for a company that is right in the middle of an SME and corporate sized company that needs more government in terms of operational procedures in order to get better results and less set backs in terms of customer service and proficient general management of all aspects of the company.
